Brian Smith

By serving as an active DUI/OVI Defense Attorneys in county, municipal and mayor's courts throughout Northern Ohio, Mr. Smith has earned respect for our knowledge of the intricacies of Ohio OVI laws, refined his strategies to investigate and defeat charges, and sharpened his skills at persuading prosecutors, judges, and juries.

This is an area of law that is ever changing with penalties becoming harsher each year.
