Alyssa A. Aliperta recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on how to effectively and efficiently meet a client’s needs while representing them on a DUI Case. Alyssa received training on setting up a system to manage workflow, information, and resources to most effectively and efficiently communicate with a client while working successfully through every phase of a DUI case. This training was provided by Ziad Youssef, a State Ambassador for the Association. Ziad’s office is located in Bellingham, WA and his website address is https://www.bellinghamdui.lawyer/.
The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.
When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.
Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases and these are resources and tools that only a very small percentage of DUI attorneys have access to and use.
Alyssa Arriola Aliperta has joined Ana M. Mencini & Associates, P.C. as an associate attorney handling criminal defense, traffic and immigration matters where criminal convictions are an issue.
Ms. Aliperta represents clients in DuPage, Kane and Cook (primarily in Rolling Meadows) counties. She handles all felonies, misdemeanors, DUI, expungements and sealing of criminal records.
Ms. Aliperta has successfully represented clients in Illinois in a wide-range of criminal cases including DUI, theft, sex crimes, weapons charges, drug charges, armed robbery, vehicular hijacking, domestic violence cases and probation violations. She has also worked with clients on the sealing and expungement of criminal records.
Prior to joining Ana M. Mencini & Associates, P.C., Ms. Aliperta was an associate with a Chicago-based law firm where she exclusively represented clients in criminal defense matters in Cook, DuPage, and Kane counties.
In Texas, Ms. Aliperta worked as a law clerk for the nationally recognized criminal defense firm formerly known as Goldstein, Goldstein, & Hilley where she worked on numerous state and federal cases and learned to creatively and effectively attack criminal charges and prepare for criminal trials.
Ms. Aliperta earned her J.D. at St. Mary’s University School of Law in Texas. She is also a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she earned a B.A. in Rhetoric and Writing and a B.S. in Public Relations.
During law school, Ms. Aliperta was a judicial intern for the United States Magistrate Judge Ronald G. Morgan and interned with the Staff Attorney’s Office of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. As a judicial intern, Ms. Aliperta had the opportunity to draft reports and recommendations that were issued by Judge Morgan in federal habeas cases.
As an intern with the Court of Criminal Appeals, Ms. Aliperta worked with supervising attorneys to draft proposed opinions in capital punishment cases, drafted memorandums advising the court on dispositions of petitions for discretionary review and worked with supervising attorneys to draft proposed orders disposing of writs of habeas corpus.
Additionally, Ms. Aliperta competed with the External Advocacy Mock Trial Team where she learned the basic skills of trial preparation and presentation. It was during her time as a mock trial advocate that she realized her true passion for litigation. In addition, Ms. Aliperta also compete in the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Uvaldo Herrera National Moot Court competition, where her and her teammates competed against 30 other law schools, becoming finalists in the oral advocacy portion of the competition and winning first in the written portion of the competition. Ms. Aliperta is a native of Texas, and has recently re-located to the Chicago area. Ms. Aliperta practices criminal defense because she firmly believes that every person, regardless of their race, religion or nationality, has the right to life, liberty and happiness. Any criminal charge levied against a person, no matter how petty the offense, is an attempt by the government to deprive that person of those rights. Ms. Aliperta will fight against a sometimes-unjust system to protect those rights of all her clients.
