The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. Attorney Amy Pietrowski provides strategic legal representation to clients across North Mississippi. Pietrowski Law Practice focuses on DUI defense, criminal defense and family law.

Pietrowski completed an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Mississippi. When Hurricane Katrina struck Mississippi in 2005, Pietrowski was hired to serve as a FEMA crisis counselor in the Jackson, Mississippi, area. Her work included searching for those who had been displaced by the storm and helping them connect with resources for mental-health counseling and financial assistance.

She remained in the Jackson area and went on to become a teacher and intervention specialist in local public-school systems. There, she taught in traditional classrooms as well as working one-on-one with bilingual students, minorities and those in danger of dropping out.

Pietrowski was 40 years old when she entered law school. She graduated a Dean’s List Scholar from the Mississippi College School of Law and founded Pietrowski Law Practice PLLC in 2013. Today, she is licensed to practice law in both Mississippi and Tennessee. She is skilled in litigation, negotiations, criminal defense, divorce proceedings and family law, in addition to being a certified Guardian Ad Litem.

Pietrowski’s arguments have appeared before the Mississippi Supreme Court. She is a frequent motivational speaker, drawing from her childhood experience in the foster care system and her entrance into the U.S. Marine Corps at age 18.
