Evan Rowe Newton North Carolina, Evan Rowe Attorney, Evan Rowe DUI, Evan Rowe DUI AttorneyEvan Rowe recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on how to easily and effectively invalidate the results of the Walk and Turn and the One Leg Stand Tests. Officers will testify that they conducted the Walk and Turn and the One Leg Stand Tests properly. However, in almost every case, officers conduct the tests improperly by doing one or more of the following: giving wrong instructions, giving improper demonstrations, failing the test themselves during their own demonstration of the test, and improperly assessing a person’s performance on the tests. Evan received training on exactly what to look for during the Walk and Turn and the One Leg Stand Tests and how to invalidate the tests by using the officer’s own National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Manuals against them in the courtroom.

The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.

Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases and these are resources and tools that only a very small percentage of DUI attorneys have access to and use.

Evan was born and raised in Hickory, North Carolina.  He attended North Carolina State University for his undergraduate degree and acquired his J.D. from the Charlotte School of Law.  During law school, he interned in both the District Attorney’s and Public Defender’s offices.  Upon graduation, he and his long-time friend, Alex King, form King & Rowe Attorneys—one of the premier Criminal and Domestic Law firms in Western North Carolina.

As a trial lawyer, Evan has represented doctors, professors, college athletes, military personnel, and people from all walks of life for crimes including traffic charges, driving while impaired, misdemeanor larceny and assault, as well as major drug felonies. Evan and Alex opened their law practice because they saw the need in the Catawba Valley for personal, dedicated representation at a good value to their clients. Evan and Alex will see to it that each client gets the individualized attention and dedication they need up until their case is resolved.

Evan prides himself in his representation of those accused of Driving While Impaired. Evan owns the manual officers are trained with to perform field sobriety tests and has successfully cross-examined many officers in court, using their own manual, by pointing to mistakes they made or procedures that were not followed during the pre-arrest phase of testing. You always have the option to talk directly to Evan if you have any questions about your case.  Consultations are always free, so give Evan a call today to talk about your case.
