Joseph R. Sullivan Coeur d'Alene Idaho, Joseph R. Sullivan Attorney, Joseph R. Sullivan DUI, Joseph R. Sullivan DUI AttorneyJoseph R. Sullivan recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on how to effectively educate clients during the initial consultation. It is critical for clients to understand that DUI investigations are standardized nationally, you have access to all of the officer’s training materials, the DUI investigation is only scientifically reliable if the investigation is done correctly, and you will be able to identify every mistake that the officer made and every area where the officer did not conduct the investigation by the book. It is important for clients to understand that is not them versus the cop, rather it is the book versus the cop. Clients need to be armed with all of the information they need in order for them to make an educated decision about how they would like to proceed with their case. This training was provided by Nicolas Geman, a Colorado State Ambassador for the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys. Nicolas Geman is based out of Denver, Colorado and his website is https://www.gemancriminaldefense.com/.

The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.

Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases and these are resources and tools that only a very small percentage of DUI attorneys have access to and use.

Joseph Sullivan received his Juris Doctor from the Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2015. He is licensed to practice in the State of Washington as well as Idaho state and federal courts. During law school, Mr. Sullivan worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Washington and managed the Petty Offense Docket for Spokane, prosecuting federal governmental regulatory and criminal offenses in the magistrate court.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Sullivan was a member of law enforcement. He started his career in 2000 with the Latah County Sheriff’s Office in Moscow, Idaho, and then was hired by the Idaho State Police, serving as a Trooper, Corporal, and Detective. Through these experiences, he learned how important it is for people under investigation to have knowledgeable legal counsel.
