Linda Marie Malek, Premier DUI Attorney, Advanced Level Training on Using a Driver’s Internal Body Clock to Win DUI Cases

Linda Malek DUI, Linda Malek Attorney, Linda Malek DUI Attorney, Linda Malek Cuyahoga Falls OhioLinda Marie Malek recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on how to use a driver’s internal body clock to win DUI cases. Linda received training on how a driver’s internal body clock can be assessed on both the Modified Romberg Balance Test and the One Leg Stand Test. If a driver’s internal body clock is found to be within +/- 5 seconds of 30 seconds, the defense can get an officer to testify that the driver’s internal body clock is consistent with the driver being not impaired at the time of the stop.

The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.
