Norman Charles Post III

Norman Charles Post III “Chas” recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on utilizing the results of the Onset of Nystagmus Prior to 45 Degrees to win DUI Cases. Norman received training on how to win DUI Cases using the results of the Onset of Nystagmus Prior to 45 Degrees whether or not the officer observes the Onset of Nystagmus Prior to 45 Degrees. This training was provided to Association Members by Steven Glasgow. Mr. Glasgow is an AAPDA State Ambassador for Illinois. Mr. Glasgow’s office is located in Monmouth, IL and his website is found at https://www.clarkandglasgowlaw.com/.

The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.

Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases and these are resources and tools that only a very small percentage of DUI attorneys have access to and use.

Norman Charles Post III “Chas” was born and raised in Sanford, NC and attended Lee County Senior High School from 1998-2002. After graduation Chas moved down east to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and obtained his B.A. in Political Science. Chas received his Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law in 2009 after serving as a charter member of the inaugural law school class.

During law school Chas served on the Student Bar Association and was also named the Captain of the inaugural Charlotte School of Law Trial Advocacy Team, ultimately receiving the prestigious Trial Advocacy Honors Distinction.

Chas obtained his license to practice law in the State of North Carolina in 2010, and began his legal career with the North Carolina DWI firm of Powers McCartan, PLLC in Charlotte, NC. During his tenure with Powers McCartan, PLLC, Chas concentrated his practice on DWI defense, traffic violations and criminal misdemeanors and gained significant and invaluable experience assisting in the defense of accused persons across North Carolina.

Chas has now returned to his home town of Sanford, NC and is a Partner with Doster, Post, Silverman, Foushee, Post & Patton, P.A.
