Raymond J Savoy was recently granted Membership into the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys after the Association confirmed that Raymond has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.

The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.

Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases and these are resources and tools that only a very small percentage of DUI attorneys have access to and use.

Attorney Raymond J. Savoy is an accomplished criminal defense attorney, having served on both sides of the judicial spectrum.

Attorney Savoy comes from a law enforcement family, having followed in his father’s footsteps into the world of serving and protecting our communities. For over twenty years, Attorney Savoy served the communities of New Milford and Naugatuck with pride. He rose through the ranks at the Naugatuck Police Department, from Sergeant to Acting Lieutenant, to Academy Instructor.

While working full time as a Police Officer, Attorney Savoy knew he had a deeper calling for the law. He attended Law School at Quinnipiac University and graduated in 2000. Managing a full-time law enforcement career and law school is no easy feat, yet Attorney Savoy was able to master them both.

After obtaining his law degree, he finished up his career in law enforcement and moved on to practicing law full time. Given his background, criminal law was a natural calling. Attorney Savoy began successfully representing people in all aspects of criminal defense, from DUI, assaults, thefts, to robbery and other felony charges.

Attorney Savoy has a unique ability to not just read police reports, but to know what is missing from them, and what has been half-heartedly completed, providing an opportunity to defend his clients from over aggressive policing and obtaining favorable verdicts due to sloppy reporting. Very few have been on both sides of the law, and Attorney Savoy’s clients benefit from his vast knowledge.

When not practicing law, you can find Attorney Savoy on area golf courses, always chasing that perfect round. Attorney Savoy is married to his wife Stephanie, and together own a Private Investigations firm, Savoy Investigations, specializing in pre-litigation and litigation support.

The National Trial Lawyers has recognized Attorney Savoy as a Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorney, and he is a member of the National College for DUI Defense.
