Ryan Atwell Easton Maryland, Ryan Atwell Attorney, Ryan Atwell DUI, Ryan Atwell DUI AttorneyRyan Atwell recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on how to fight Marijuana (Cannabis) DUI Cases. It is critical for attorneys to understand the general and clinical indicators that law enforcement officers are trained to look for in marijuana cases and to know the alternative causes for these indicators. Importantly, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) states that marijuana impairment can rapidly diminish between 1 and 2 1/2 hours, that some metabolites are non-impairing, and that concentrations of metabolites found in a person’s system cannot be tied to impairment. In fighting and winning marijuana DUI cases, it is important to know that the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests are not effective in detecting marijuana impairment. This training was provided by Trey Tull, a Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor Member of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys and he is based out of West Monroe, Louisiana.

The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.

Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases and these are resources and tools that only a very small percentage of DUI attorneys have access to and use.

Ryan C. Atwell has been zealously representing clients throughout the state of Maryland since 2000. He is a passionate advocate for his clients’ rights and dedicated to ensuring that they are treated to the best possible defense to their drunk driving charge.

Mr. Atwell has successfully completed the DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, the exact same course and training that is recognized by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for the training of police officers throughout the state of Maryland. This training and knowledge is vital to your defense and your attorney must know not only what the officer did during your stop, but what they were SUPPOSED to do as well. This training allows Mr. Atwell to identify the many mistakes that police officers routinely make and to use those mistakes to your advantage in court.

In addition to membership in the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, Mr. Atwell has been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the state of Maryland and is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association.
