Vincent Pazienza recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on how to use a driver’s internal body clock to win DUI cases. Vincent received training on how a driver’s internal body clock can be assessed on both the Modified Romberg Balance Test and the One Leg Stand Test. If a driver’s internal body clock is found to be within +/- 5 seconds of 30 seconds, the defense can get an officer to testify that the driver’s internal body clock is consistent with the driver being not impaired at the time of the stop.
The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.
When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.
Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases and these are resources and tools that only a very small percentage of DUI attorneys have access to and use.
Attorney Vincent Pazienza returns calls and makes your case his mission. Mr. Pazienza is not the “nicest” guy, but he is definitely the professional you want at your table defending you against inaccurate charges based on improper testing. Almost all law enforcement officers do something wrong in DUI stops that is against their training, and Mr. Pazienza holds deputies accountable for doing their jobs right – each and every time.
Mr. Pazienza is very good at performing a surgical analysis of every part of your case, examining exactly what happened and if your DUI stop was done the right way, or more likely, incorrectly. Cases are often won or lost on the details, and Mr. Pazienza gets those down to an exact degree.
Since 1995, Mr. Pazienza has never done any paid advertising, and is blessed to know that almost all of his clients have come to him by referral from a friend or client. Mr. Pazienza is also the first and only Executive Member of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys in Tampa, and accepts select clients from their DUI expert referral source.
